  Wins My Vote for Best Transmission Shop in BC. Brian and Rick are extremely knowledgeable and personable. Their Benz shop has been doing transmissions for decades. It was evident to me in their knowledge, and the quality of the work Benz does. Overall excellent. Instills trust. They delivered on all my expectations. Actually they went above and beyond on some things. Exceeded expectations overall. I would go back.

  As my son stated on his dodge trans review , I called Benz only to find out Brian had retired, I have been dealing with Benz for 20 years+, I talked to Rick about the issue with my sons transmission, he told me that someone has a picture of my son towing his Kodiak topkick on a trailer and said he was trying to blow up the transmission. Well for starters Rick the truck should be able to pull, that's what it was built for, second it hauled horses for 320,000 km with no issue on the oem transmission. And third ,why would he try to blow up a tranny with no warranty left and that he paid over 5k to have rebuilt? I am disappointed in your comments, and your excuses are unfounded, you rebuilt my wifes trans in her 2008 ford edge if you remember and you had that thing apart 3 times to get it right, another 5 k cost and it now has 35000km since your rebuild and has issues again! do you have pictures of me pulling a Kodiak around with it? you have lost a customer and many others through me that live in Ridge. Oh and by the way we took his truck into a reputable shop in surrey, they know you guys well and they will be redoing his transmission and replacing the converter you guys rebuilt, I won't tell you what they said about this tranny in his truck. It wasn't good, we'll leave it at that. Knowing you for all these years, my wife and I are very disappointed and disgusted.

  Had some transmission problems. I was able to get in quickly. They scanned the vehicle and took it for a drive. The work was done in a couple of days. Reasonable prices for rebuilt transmission. If I need another repair in the future I will go back.

  Can’t build a good dodge diesel transmission. Original transmission made it to 320,000kms. Benz transmission has 25000kms and torque converter slips and shutters very bad. Can’t tow with my truck. They test drove it and said it is fine. Second time I drove and they put a limited slip attitave in = bandaid. 3rd time they had exuses and in other words told me to get lost. 2012 3500 68rfe.
